In the current job market and with the current restrictions, it is very important that the OPT candidates get placed at the earliest in order to utilize the valuable practical training period to acquire experience.

Our training and placement plan for OPTs is called the "Rapid Trainee Placement Program" (RTPP). Since it's inception, the RTPP has yielded tremendous results and we have placed candidates as early as 15 days.

A high level overview of the RTPP process:-

  1. The OPT candidates are evaluated and assigned to a suitable in demand specialization based on their stream of study, prior work experience and interest.
  2. Each candidate will be assigned to a mentor who is an industry expert in the specialization.
  3. The mentor and the candidate agree on an intensive study plan which usually requires 10 to 12 hours a day of effort on the candidates part. The mentor guides the candidate through out this study process.
  4. The study process usually involves resume preparation, interview preparation and mock interviews on a parallel track.
  5. Our highly experienced associates work on matching your resume to our client requirements and placing you.
  6. The mentor is available for guidance to the candidate on a continuous basis.
